In the last few days, we've talked about what confidence IS, what it ISN'T and the fact that you create it. In fact, only you can create it. Yesterday, you unwrapped the gift of the first step of creating your confidence- awareness.
Hopefully, you're starting to watch and listen to this videos a few times each AND doing busy work while you listen- bouncing on a bouncy ball (get in a gentle core workout while listening), doing the dishes, folding laundry, sweeping up or going for a walk are some of my favorites to listen and move because I always take things in differently if I listen and move at the same time.
